• Nutrition and Genes: Science, Society and the Supermarket

  Last Updated: 2008-06-03 – Position Paper/Policy Document  

  A joint project of the University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics (JCB) and the University of Guelph Philosophy department which examined ethical questions surrounding the rapidly emerging field of Nutrigenomics. The paper was used for consultation and provides a good basic review of the topic.
