    The Canadian Nutrient File (CNF) is Health Canada's standard reference food composition database reporting the amount of nutrients in foods commonly consumed in Canada.

    The eaTracker from Dietitians of Canada is a web-based program for consumers to use to check their food and activity choices, analyze recipes, plan their meals, along with setting personal goals and tracking their progress. Consumers can use the improved Recipe Analyzer tool to get a nutrient analysis of their recipes.
