Q: In diet counselling with individuals, is there evidence that the use of a computerized nutrient analysis/assessment program to calculate nutrient intake and compare dietary intake to recommended nutrient values, improves client intake reporting and motivation to make diet changes when compared to traditional counselling and manual recording methods (e.g. interviewer-collected diet history, diet record books, comparison to checklists, food groups)?
