[B] The following conclusions are supported by fair evidence:
Some plastic containers are made out of polycarbonate. BPA is a chemical used when polycarbonate is manufactured. When these containers are heated, BPA leaches from the container into the enclosed food. It is recommended that food is not microwaved in plastic containers unless the container is identified as microwave safe by the manufacturer.
