Global Report on Cancer Prevention
The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) and the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) commissioned and funded a global report on food, nutrition, physical activity and the prevention of cancer (1). The main goal of the 2007 WCRF/AICR global report is to provide a meticulous and systematic review of the research and recommendations on food, nutrition and physical activity that reduce the risk of cancer.
