[B] The following conclusions are supported by fair evidence:
Avoidance of allergenic foods during pregnancy does not reduce infant risk for developing food allergy among infants and children.
Cow's milk avoidance for at least the first four months of life in combination with maternal dietary restriction during breastfeeding, the use of hydrolysed protein formula and house dust-mite reduction measures reduces the risk of asthma or wheeze in the first year of life.
Maternal
