[B] The following conclusions are supported by fair evidence:
In adults with type 1 diabetes, a meta-analysis of randomized, parallel and crossover studies reveals that continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) results in better glycemic control, compared to multiple daily insulin injections (MDI), as evidenced by lower A1C levels.
