Q: Do infants aged six to 12 months who are introduced to solids using the baby-led weaning (BLW) technique (i.e. infants self-fed with finger food) compared to infants who are introduced to solids using the traditional spoon-fed (TSF) method (with gradual texture progression) have any differences in growth and/or developmental patterns?
