[A] The following conclusions are supported by good evidence:

Vitamin A supplements containing large amounts of preformed vitamin A (retinol); including fish liver oils, vitamin and mineral supplements, and some herbal preparations; should not be recommended with the express objective of improving bone health.

 

[B] The following conclusions are supported by fair evidence:

Moderate daily caffeine intake up to 400 mg/day is not associated with any adverse effects on bone status and
