[B] The following conclusions are supported by fair evidence:
Healthy Eating Guidelines that encourage the consumption of at least two fish meals/week (including oily fish) achieve an intake of fish oil (EPA and DHA) that is associated with the lowest risk of HF.

Meta-analyses of trials in individuals with implantable cardioverter defibrillators (which included both HF and non-HF patients) failed to demonstrate a consistent benefit of omega-3 PUFA supplementation on cardiovascular morbidity
