Q: Does the assessment of the nutritional adequacy of long-term care (LTC) menus using computer-assisted nutrient analysis versus the comparison of menu servings to the recommended servings in Canada’s Food Guide (CFG) provide a better assessment of whether Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI) recommendations for the elderly resident population are being met?
