[A] The following conclusions are supported by good evidence:
Evidence from clinical trials has not demonstrated that supplementation with high doses of vitamins C (1000 mg) and/or vitamin E (400 IU) prevents preeclampsia in women at low or increased risk of developing preeclampsia. Clinical practice guidelines do not recommend vitamin C and/or vitamin E to reduce the risk of preeclampsia.
