Multiple RCTs and clinical practice guidelines have concluded that feverfew is not associated with significant adverse effects and is safe for use in most populations. The most commonly noted side-effect is gastrointestinal upset.

Experimental studies have failed to report an association with migraines for the following foods that have been self-identified as triggers by
