Bio:Gillian Villeneuve received her BA from Concordia University (1968), a teaching diploma from McGill University (1971), a Dietetic internship at the Ottawa Civic Hospital (1990) and a Master of Education (Adult Education) from the University of Oklahoma (1995). She has worked as a clinical dietitian at the Riverside Hospital and at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, then traveled and wrote nutrition columns. Currently she is an independent consulting dietitian, working in preventative medicine and normal nutrition. She enjoys working with clients and helping them discover the value of healthy eating.
