Bio:Mary Sue Waisman has worked in diverse roles in Dietetics, but her one true passion is creating and delivering effective nutrition messages for consumers. As a Masters trained RD and professional chef, her goal is to make nutrition come alive through food. She has previously coordinated the Media and the Message Project for Dietitians of Canada, has worked on numerous Nutrition Month campaigns and conducted hundreds of media interviews. Through her Halifax-based business, All About Food Nutrition Consulting, she conducts public speaking engagements and provides consumers with healthy cooking and healthy eating information and demonstrations.
