Bio:
Natasha is the Pediatric Outpatient Dietitian for the Saskatoon Health Region providing pediatric nutrition services to children across the northern part of Saskatchewan. More recently, she has been pursuing a Masters of Science in Nutrition through the University of Saskatchewan. Her research focuses on the role of prebiotic and probiotic therapy in the management of pediatric ulcerative colitis. Natasha has been involved in provincial and regional initiatives which include serving on the Board of the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association, University Committee on Ethics in Human Research and Provincial Representative for the DC Pediatric Nutrition Network.
